We are a small dedicated team of home carers and every tailored Care Package we offer is provided with the utmost attention to detail with a personal touch. We value choice, control and personal dignity and attend to the needs of our clients with sensitivity and professionalism.

Current Vacancies

  • Home Carer

We have several Home Carer positions available for an immediate start.

Our clients receive care between the hours of 7am and 10pm and we have various flexible shifts available within these times -  full or part time, days, evenings, weekends or just a couple of hours a week. Full training will be provided.

Job Description:

Our team provides care to older adults who live in their own homes and require additional support with activities of daily living, allowing them to maintain independence and a good quality of life.
Kindness, respect, compassion, and dignity are embedded in everything we do.

Duties include:

  • Helping clients get out of and into bed
  • Assisting with personal care, washing, bathing, and dressing
  • Assisting with tasks of daily living
  • Light household domestic duties
  • Medication administration
  • Shopping
  • Food preparation
  • Companionship and emotional well-being support
  • Supporting access to the community (escorting to local groups, events, or appointments)
  • Palliative Care

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good standard of written and spoken English
  • Over 18
  • Enhanced DBS clearance

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Keen to learn new skills and undertake further training
  • Experience with dementia (preferable but not essential)
  • Experience working with older adults (preferable but not essential)
